Description

R-This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award to West Water World, Attn: Susan Burke, to provide technical assistance to the CALFED Bay-Delta Program's Water Use Efficiency Program. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value less than $100,000. This notice will be the only official notice prior to award of the purchase order. The anticipated award date is September 30, 2000. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer at the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Attn: MP-3811, 2800 Cottage Way, Room-1815, Sacramento, CA. Inquiries shall be reeived by September 20, 2000.
