Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for modification of the existing Online Reporting System for the Cooperative Research Units Program. THE USGS ANTICIPATES AWARDING THE PURCHASE ORDER TO INDIANA WATER RESOURCES RESEARCH CENTER (IWRRC), IWRRC developed the National Institutes for Water Resources (NIWR) Intranet under the USGS grant to NIWR. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; no formal RFQ will be available. Vendors who have knowledge of and own source code to the above program are invited to fax an affirmative response. An affirmative response must include, but not be limited to offered products, price lists, warranties, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this requirement. All responses must be in writing, no telephone requests will be accepted. This is a non-commercial item purchase under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. Award will be made on or about 21 September 2000.
