- Description
- This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award to Ernest Orlando Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Attn: Rick Inada, to complete an integrated groundwater and surface water model (WESTSM) of the Delta Division and San Luis Unit that can be used to assess site-specific impacts for proposed land retirement, conjunctive use, water transfers, and surface water delivery changes. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value less than $100,000. This notice will be the only official notice prior to award of the purchase order. The anticipated award date is September 30, 2000. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer at the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Attn: MP-3811, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento, CA.
