This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order to Fairfield Language Technologies for The Rosetta Stone language instructional software for various languages, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is a Federal Supply Schedule Contract item. The anticipated award date is September 18, 2000. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
