Description

Contractor shall provide refuse collection and disposal services for Family Housing areas located at Schofield Barracks, Helemano Military Reservation, Wheeler Army Airfield, Fort Shafter. Aliamanu, and Tripler Army Medical Center Island of Oahu. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and other items or services necessary for performance of all operations. Period of performance is December 1,2000 thru September 30, 2000 with 1 prepriced option period. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC 4212 Local Trucking without storage. Issue date is on or about September 8, 2000. Telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation (includes 1 set drawings) charge is 13.00 per set. Additional sets of drawings may be ordered for at $6.00 each. Payment by check or money order shall be made payable to DFAS, HONOLULU, OPLOC. Checks or money orders must be sent to the Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: APVG-GKL, Fort Shafter, Hawaii, 96858-5025. Remittance is not refundable. This is a recurring requirement. The current contractor is Red River Service Corporation, P.O. Box 588, Marlow, OK 73055-0588. Current annual contract price is $591,319.08. There were 5 bids received under previous solicitation.
