Description

Single award term contract for the Document Automation and Production Service, Robins AFB, GA, for the term of November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001, and two option years. Quality Level IV is required. These specifications cover the production of books and pamphlets on a fast schedule requiring such operations as printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Approximately 60 orders per year. Format "A" -- up to & including 5-1/2 x 8-1/2"; average of 28 pages; 300 copies. Format "B" -- over 5-1/2 x 8-1/2" up to and including 8-1/2 x 11"; average of 300 copies; 116 pages. 77% of the orders in Format "B" will require foldins, maximum length will be 51". Printing in black ink with an occasional additional color. Various stocks and binding styles. Delivery f.o.b. contractor's city either bulk shipment or using address labels. Complete production, delivery, and mailing must be made within 2 to 17 workdays.
