Description

Single award term contract for the Document Automation and Production Service, Robins AFB, GA, for the term of November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001. Quality Level IV is required. These specifications cover the production of self-covered books and pamphlets requiring such operations as film-making, electronic prepress, printing, binding, labeling, packing, and distribution. Approximately 100 orders per year. Average of 76 pages per order and 500 copies per order. Trim size is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2". Pages print in black ink. Various binding styles. 20% of the orders will deliver f.o.b. destination to the Warner Robins/Macon, GA area. 80% of the orders will mail/ship f.o.b. contractor's city using furnished address labels. Orders must be completed within 3 to 45 workdays. Request for bid package must be faxed to (404) 605-9185 and must be made on contractor's letterhead referencing Program 1497-S.
