Description

Provide all Labor, Materials and Equipment for the installation of new high efficient propane gas furnaces with outside condensing units at Lame Deer Quarters Units 200, 201, 202, 205, 207, 216 and 219. New ductwork and diffusers will be installed throughout the quarters and propane tanks (Rental Units) installed and connected. The existing electric basebord heaters on the main floor will be removed. The location of this project in on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Lame Deer, Montana. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, equipment installation, patching and repairs. The range of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000. This procurement is set-aside to 100% Native American Owned Businesses, in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47 (Buy-Indian Act). All bids are due by close of business (COB) Monday, September 25, 2000.
