Description

This is an amendment to Submission No. 484667 dated August 10, 20000. For the current requirement for 26,300 each, Handguard Assembly, NSN: 1005-01-134-3629, PN: 9349059, this agency will not enforce the qualification requirements established by the TACOM Qualified Suppliers List for Plastic Spare Parts for Small Arms (QSL-02). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, using simplified acquisition procedures, test program, as authorized by FAR Part 13.5. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a 100% option. The closing date remains September 15, 2000. All other terms and conditions as set forth in the notice dated July 11, 2000 (Submission No. 473617) apply.
