19-CNO Availabilities (DSRAs, SRAs) on Surface Ships Homeported in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii -- Presolicitation Notice and Invitation to Attend Industry Brief. The NAVSEA ship overhaul contracting branch, Arlington, VA, is planning to conduct a competitive procurement (Hawaii and US west coast) to perform the subject work (CG, DDG, DD, AR type ships.) All availabilities will be performed at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard drydock or Naval Station piers. Qualified potential offerors are invited to attend an Industry Briefing on Thursday, September 14th, 0930 HRS in the conference room of the SUPSHIP San Diego Detachment office (Bldg 1E), Naval Station Pearl Harbor. NAVSEA is contemplating use of a multiple award, IDIQ type contract utilizing FP delivery orders for each separate availability.
