Description

VISN 3 Network Acquisition Program intends to procure with urgency, on a competitive basis for a contractor to provide and install five(5 ) SMOKING SHELTERS at various location at the VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport NY 11768. One (1) shelter is a 6x10 half glass aluminum 3 sided transit shelter and the other four (4 )is a 10x15 half glass aluminum smoking shelter . Contractor must provide all tools and labor. Also the shelters must be install before November. Interested parties are to request solicitation no. 10N3-232-99 via fax @ 718-741-4585 or mail, no telephone request shall be accepted.
