Description

The UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type of contract for one item of Micro Fiber Board. Quantity required is 9,000 each. UNICOR Part number is PLM0008. All deliveries will be by delivery orders and delivery will be required 30 days after receipt of delivery order. Delivery order minimum quantity is 50 each and the maximum quantity per delivery order is 300 each. FOB Destination: FCI McKean/Lewis Run, Pennsylvania. The requested panels are commercial items. Period of Performance will be from Date of Award through Five (5) Years. A Product Samples will be required for this solicitation as follows: Sample (1) should be 1/4" X 12"X 12" with a letter stating the bidders name, company name and address, company phone number and fax number enclosed with sample. Offerors should send sample to: Mike Hays, UNICOR QA Manager, RE: Solicitation Samples, (RCAMCFT# 0004-00), Route 59 & Big Shanty Road, Lewis Run, PA 16738. These samples must be received by the closing date of this solicitation. Proposals will be rejected without consideration if samples have not been submitted. Evaluation will be Best-Value, Past Performance, not necessarily the low price. No telephone requests will be accepted for this solicitation.
