- This is to amend a previous notice for a 100' heavy duty aluminum crank-up tower with shelter mounted on a galvanized dual axle trailer with 4 wheel electric brakes. THE QUANTITY IS CHANGED FROM ONE TO TWO. An amendment to the solicitation will be faxed to those who have already received Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. MS-ESU-0083. New requests for the solicitation may be faxed to (202)307-9695. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The NEW closing date for the receipt of quotes has been extended to September 15, 2000.
