DESC: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation F32605-00-T0100 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-17. (iv) Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 3663 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Communications Equipment). This is small business set aside acquisition with the Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees each.. (v) Line Items As follows: #1. URC_200 transceiver and O&M Manual only MFG Narne Motorola Part Nbr: 01-P36744M001 QTY. 5 EA. #2. PTMP -150, Hand Microphone MFG Name Motorola Part Nbr: 50-39208N001 QTY. 5 EA. #3 UDD-100, 12 V Car Mounting Kit MFG Name Motorola Part Nbr: 01-P34336E001 QTY. 5 EA. #4. UVU-110S, with Mounting Kit MFG Name Motorola Part Nbr: 85-P39221N001 QTY. 5 EA. (vi) These items are air to ground transceivers to replace aged equipment. They will be used to aid ground crew with aircraft communications during launch, recovery , and emergency operations. (vii) Delivery of line items will be 30 days after receipt of order unless otherwise specified. All materials are to be FOB destination to Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, Building 607. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial items applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on cost and the ability to meet the requirements. (x) Offers shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212.3 Offer Representations and Certifications -- Commercial item, with its offer. (xi) The clause 5252.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. (xiii) The clause DFAR 252-204-7004 Required Central Contracting Registration apply to this and all future acquisitions and Clause FAR 52.232-33 Payment By Electronic Funds Transfer. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THE GOVERNMENT MAY CANCEL THIS RFQ AT ANY TIME IF FUNDS DO NOT BECOME AVAILABLE.
