- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-00-T-A801 applies and is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11.The standard industrial code is 5941 and the business size standard is NTE 5.0 million. The agency need is for: Item 0001: Alternate power source advanced single channel Ground Air Radio System (SINCGARS) Alternate power supply (ASAP), Tower model; Model size 31" x 16". Finish: Textured black powder coat with screen printed labels and instructions. Electrical Input: 12VDC and/or 110 VAC 40/70 Hz, Handles input AC power fluctuations from 92 135 V AC, Electrical Output: 13.5 +/-.3 VDC, Output Amperage: Demand Based up to 5 Amps per channel. Features: Capacty for sx SINCGARS Radios, 110 VAC Illuminated On/Off Rocker Switch, 12 VDC Illuminated Indicator Lamp and Individual Power on/off switch for each radio, 50 CFM VentlatorFan, Termal Activated nternal power supply cooling fan, 6 ea. 5amp 12 VDC circuits with power cords adapted to SINCGARS battery box, Integrated power supply/smart charger, Provides ups when both used with 12V Battery and 110V AC, Tight line regulation provides steady voltage from no load to full load, Thermal circuit breaker; protection, Stranded 6AG battery attachment cord 10 ft long with quick connector, Reverse polarity protection for radios and power supply, 4 ft stranded battery adapter cable with lugs and quick connector, Battery box adapter kit includes extension links and gaskets, power SINCGARS RCU, Over/under voltage protection circuit for radios Item 0002 Altrnate Power Source (ASAP), Suitcase The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government considering price and price-related factors. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies with paragraph (a) completed as follows: Award will be made to the offeror that meets the solicitation's minimum criteria for (1) Timeliness of delivery, (2) Price, (3) Past Performance.
