Description

The VA Roseburg Healthcare System, Roseburg, Oregon, intends tto solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis, without full and open competition, under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and pursuant to FAR 6.301-2 with ERBE USA Inc. The item to be acquired is an APC 300 Argon Plasma Coagulator with a ICC 350 with EndoCut and Argon Capable Electrosurgical Generator. Equipment to be used in flexible endoscopy. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting their proposals, in writing, faxed to Terry Albertus, Contracting Officer, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon at (541) 440-1270. NO TELEPHONE PROPOSALS WILL BE HONORED. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE FORTHCOMING CONCERNING ITEM REQUESTED AND NO REQUEST FOR QUOTATION WILL BE ISSUED. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
