Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Div., Det. Bremerton requires various Pentek digital signal processing equipment. The requirements are solicited with indefinite delivery/requirements contract type provisions. Period of performance will be from date of contract award through one year thereafter and the government reserves the right to extend four option year periods, for a total of five years.To be procured in accordance with commercial acquistion procedures persuant to FAR Part 12. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. The R-Y-G Program is applicable to this requirement. To be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304 ( c)(1)with Pentek, Inc., One Park Way, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458, as implemented by FAR 6.302.1. All responsible sources may submit offer/bid which shall be considered by the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound. Telephone requests will not be honored.
