- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington, DC intends to award a Sole Source contract to Sterling Software(US), Inc., 1404 Fort Crook Road South, Bellvue, NE 68005-2969, for a Secure Messaging and Routing Terminal. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared and approved. This requirement is for supplies/services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
