Description

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NASA/GSFC plans to acquire the following: (1) Basic system, Dual Pentium III 800MHZ, 128M, in Rack Enclosure 17-Inch, 1600X1280 Monitor, APG Graphics Board 8 GB Hard Drive, 8 GB Removable Drive, CD-Rom PCI Ethernet, 100Baset, Keyboard, Mouse, Serial and Parallel Ports, PCI DECOM Card (up to 4 streams), Windows NT, 5-User License, Microsoft Office VUSOFTNT, PCI-SD04 IRIG 106, Chapter 4, Single Stream Library Data Exchange Networking IRIG B Time Decoder. [Part Number: TDS1000] (2) Universal I/O Library (require engineering charge) [Part Number: TDS1057] (3) Custom Display Generation Software [Part Number: DISPLYIT] (4) 2 Days training plus 2 Days of Engineering Support.
