Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ document and contract incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 (Effective 25 Aug 00). This is a sole source requirement being pursued with Photo-Sonics, Inc. The items requested are as follows: 0001-02 EA-WSI Weather producer upgrade, ShowFX Processor, 300 MHz, R1200 SGI 02, 256 MB RAM, 9 GB Disk Drive, ShowFX Software License, Serial Digital Output Interface unit (SDI), includes On-site installation 0002-02 DY-On-site Application training (2 Days) The offeror needs to provide a proposed delivery schedule with their quote. The factors for award shall be the overall cost to the government.
