#22 this proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitve proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the govenment. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement It is the intent of the Government to award a Sole Source Order to Precision Computing Intelligence for Crimelink V2.5 Link analysis Software (full version). The software is DoD approved and conforms to the US Army Doctrine as set forth in FM 34-60 and to the training materials provided by the US Army Intelligence Center and School (SupR 244-F8). CrimeLink acan automatically analyze and extract relationships from the CI/HUMINT database and reports that reside on the CHATS AN-PYQ (3) System. CrimeLink plugs into and interoperates with CHHUMINT Utilities software developed by PM Intel Fusion.
