Notes 26, 22 and WR-ALC local note B "Acquisition Ombudsman" applies. WR-ALC/PKOS intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a indefinte delivery indefinte quantity contract with Relativity Inc, Jonesboro AR for the following Air Force Wide requirements: 1 lot (multiples) for file digitization systems to include all commercial hardware, commercial software, installation (as needed) and proprietary Relativity DOD 5015 certified contracts file digitization and storage software on a location by location basis throughout the Air Force. Additionally, this effort will include post delivery hardware and software warranty and technical support. Software licenses on an Air Force accumulated lot basis shall be procured as additional site locations are added under this ID/IQ contract effort. The period of this contract shall cover a basic 1 year period with 2 1 year options. A request for proposal will be issued noncompetitively to Relativity Inc due to their proprietary rights to their certified soiftware, the only contracts application software currently certified under the DOD 5015 Records Retention Software Certification process. Solicitation F09650-00-R-0252 will set forth the opening and closing dates for this requirement and is anticipated to be issued around the first of October '00.
