Description

The Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) is a cooperative program of the Federal Library and Information Center. FEDLINK offers federal agencies the opportunity to enhance the automation resources available to meet the requirments of its personnel. Using FEDLINK served contracts, federal agencies obtain services directly from commerical sources. These contracts offer substantial volume discounts not otherwise available to individual customers. Arrangements for initiation and payments for servcies are granted by an interagency agreement (IAG) executed by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and FEDLINK. Delivery orders will be issued under this FEDLINK IAG with the West Group, P.O. Box 64833, 620 Opperman Drive, St. Paul, MN 55164-0833. No solicitation document will be issued as a result of this synopsis.
