Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington, intends to award a Sole Source contract to Think Tools, Inc., 410 Park Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, New York 10022 for 12 Think Tools software licenses. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only items meeting the Navy's qualification requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on 22 September 2000.
