- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Geologic Division, Minerals Team has a requirement to process existing multi-beam sonar data for Yellowstone Lake. The USGS plans to issue a contract for one year with two-one year options. Contractor will be required to provide the following: 1. Multi-beam data reduction and processing expert to correct existing raw SeaBeam 1180 survey data, to produce maps and fully edited and corrected final ASCII formatted data files. 2. Software for interpretation of raw multi-beam data from the SeaBeam 1180 Instrument. 3. Computers and equipment required to complete tasks. 4. Expert consultation in the processing and interpretation of swath bathymetric data and amplitude data that reflects physical characteristics of surficial materials.
