The Defense Supply Service -- Washington, on behalf of the Total Army Personnel Command (PERSCOM) plans to award a delivery order to PERIPHONICS FEDERAL SYSTEMS. 4000 Veterans Memorial Highway, Bohemia, NY 11716 to develop a software application for an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).
