Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 14. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform scheduled maintenance and repair of elevators at the U. S. Naval Home, Gulfport, MS. Contract includes emergency call back services. Contract period shall commence on December 1, 2000 with four option years included. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS)code is 333921 size is 500 employees. Solicitation will be available approximately September 20, 2000. Offers are due on October 18, 2000 at close of business, local time. Requests for the solicition package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer. Requests for solicitation package may be sent via FAX to 228-897-4269 to the Contracting Officer's attention. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Subject to the availability of funds.
