Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-00-T-0097 is issued as a request for quotations(RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-18. This is a request for the following: CLIN 0001: Full on-site hardware/software service maintenance contract for Render-Plan 3D Treatment Planning Computers; CLIN 0001AA: Model SGI INDIGO-2, Serial# 20881; CLIN 0001AB: Model SGI INDIGO-2, Serial 010587. Period of performance: 01 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01. Location: Naval Medical Center, Radiology/Radiation Therapy, Bldg 1-G, San Diego CA 92134.
