The Network Business Center, located on the West Los Angeles Healthcare Systems' campus is advertising their intent to sole source the preventative maintenance service for the Ultrasound Diagnostic equipment manufactured by ATL (Advanced Technology Laboratories). The equipment located on the campus in San Diego will include "First Call Basis" and training in the specifications. The manufacture or other certified and qualified company(s) who respond to this synopsis should provide this office with the following costs; the cost per year for the maintenance of the each pieces of the equipment and cost per year for maintenance of the probes. Factored into your cost will be that all parts, repairs and replacement parts shall be manufacturer's certified only. Unlimited emergency repair service to be provided on site, Monday through Friday and response time shall be within one (1) hour after initial call. Overtime hours require prior approval by the COTR. The complete specifications will be included in the package upon request from the offeror. A solicitation package will not be issued. All FAR and VAAR Clauses that govern this solicitation can be provided in full text if requested in writing to the Contracting Officer. Award will be made on the best qualified company. Contract is for Base Year with four (4) option years.
