Description

General Services Administration has a requirement for Mechanical Maintenance Service at the Federal Building & U.S. Post Office, 1550 Dewey Street, Baker City, Oregon, in accordance with Government specifications. Contract term will be for 36 months with two (2) -- 36 month option periods. Anticipated start date is 12/01/00. FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) will be used for this procurement. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Estimated date for issuance of solicitation 10/03/00.
