The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a contract to Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc., P.O. Box 655907, Dallas, TX 75265-5907 for capital maintenance of the Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant, Dallas, TX. Vought Aircraft is the only firm possessing the requisite knowledge, specialized experience, technical capability, and technical data to meet the Government's requirements. See Note 22.*****
