- Description
- Provide Grand Jury and Deposition Reporting Services for the U.S. Attorney's Offices located in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. The department intends to award multiple contracts for the Grand Jury and Deposition reporting services. The contracts awarded will be Indefinite Quantity type contracts. The period of performance for the contracts will be one (1) year. The contracts will contain four (4) one year options (not to exceed sixty (60) months). Firms that desire a copy of solicitation JEUSA-01-0108 are directed to go on-line to General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web-site. The solicitation document will be available on/or about September 19, 2000 and will be distributed solely through the GSA Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web-site http://www.fedbizopps.gov., (hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available). The GSA site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the GSA site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Bidder's must have the capability to establish an office within the basic geographic area of Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. The office shall be within a fifty (50) mile radius from the cities limits by the shortest route available. See numbered Note 1.
