Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Business Center at Long Beach CA, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with SVI Systems, of Peoria, Illinois. The purpose of this solicitation will be for the purchase of all required hardware and software for Instant HealthLine, a digital on-demand video system for patient education at the VA Medical Center located in Loma Linda, California. The requirements include the equipment, and its installation. Also included is testing, training and support. The solicitation also includes the software, with license, maintenance and upkeep, as well as regular upgrades. Encoding of facility-owned videos will also be accomplished according to an agreed upon schedule. The solicitation number is RFQ600-110-00tmt. The period of performance shall be for five (5) years from the date of award. This notice is for information purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.
