Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase to Snap On Tools for miscellaneous tools, allowing standardization of tools to complete sets previously purchased. Procurement will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. These are Federal Supply Schedule items. The anticipated award date is September 19, 2000. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
