Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Omega Organization International (OOI) for the WASC Human Resources Division (HRD). Purpose of contract is to provide a 7-15 minute closed captioned video as a tool to promote the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program. Procurement initially began as a delivery order under existing contract; however, vendor unable to perform requiring urgent need for new vendor. After a search of local sources, OOI identified as the only local source capable of providing the required video within this time frame.
