Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as required to remove and dispose of biohazardous and chemotherapy waste for the VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, from the date of award through September 30, 2001, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for two (2) additional years.
