Description

This announcement is for Testing Officer/Education Counselor services at McConnell AFB, KS 67221-3606. The requirement is for 1 base and 4 option years. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Services Non-personal Contractor shall provide counseling services to military and civilian personnel and their family members regarding their educational needs and the establishment of appropriate plans for meeting those needs. In addition the contractor shall provide test administration in support of Off-Duty Education Programs. Tests to be administered include CLEP (College Level Examination Program), DANTES (Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support), CDC (Career Development Course)/ Specialty Courses, Subject Standardized Tests, College Entrance Tests, and other test as required. The solicitation shall be accessible only via the Internet at http://www.eps.gov. It shall be posted on or about 13 Sep 00.
