Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Manchester, Ky., intends to award a firm-fixed price requirements type contract for the services of a Test Administrator. These services shall be provided to the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp. The successful contractor shall perform duties and procedures consistent with test administration. The contractor shall be required to analyze, review, and evaluate the ABLE, CASAS, SABE, and GED tests for federal inmates. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The institution anticipates the need for six (6) sessions per week. Each session to be four (4) hours in length. This is contractual position and will not exceed 30 hours in a given week. The period of performance will be from award, tentatively 12/5/00 through twelve months. Additionally, the contact shall provide for four (4) twelve month option periods. The anticipated release date of this solicitation is September 28, 2000; closing November 1, 2000. All responsible sources may submit written requests for consideration.
