AK PRA-GLBA 10(2), MAIN PARK ROAD, PHASE II, Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, Alaska.. Project consists of 8.1 km of grading, drainage, base, and paving. Initial notice issued August 18, 2000 (CBDNet) and August 22, 2000 (printed CBD). By issue of this modification, we announce that THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS AS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Presolicitation notices are being sent out concurrently with this notice. All other stipulations of the solicitation remain the same.
