ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION FOR BID IFB #00-009 Office Renovations at Graham Park for General Services Department The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), St. Petersburg, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified, responsible firms interested in providing construction services, at the Graham Park development located at 305 9th Street South in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD). PROPOSED SCHEDULE September 10 & 17, 2000 Advertise Invitation for Bid September 11, 2000 Invitation for Bid Documents ready for pick-up September 18, 2000 Pre-Bid Conference A pre-bid conference will be held at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority's Graham Park located at 305 9th Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33705 at 10:00 a.m. Although not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend. October 2, 2000 Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please fax your request for an IFB package to (727) 323-3226 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You may also pick-up a copy in person at 3250 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713 from Ms. Lori Allen during the same days and hours.
