Description
WY PRA-YELL 10(13), GRAND LOOP ROAD (Madison to Norris, Segment A & C), Yellowstone National Park, Teton and Park Counties, Wyoming. This solicitation will be issued under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 -- Contracting by Negotiation. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible proposer whose offer, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), will be the Best Value to the Government, price and technical factors considered. This solicitation includes a Base Schedule with five possible Options (Base, Options A, B, C, D, E). This project consists of grading, base, drainage, paving, walls, and bridges (1 deck blub tee superstructure and 1 concrete steel superstructure). Project lengths are: 12.386 km (Base); 3.262 km (A,B,C); 50 mm of final overlay on base schedule (D,E).
