Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to complete the renovation of the Ladies Washroom, IRS Office, Cotter Federal Building, Hartford, CT. Work includes but is not limited to removal of wall and floor tile, carpet, water closets and lavatories, toilet partitions, lights/ ceiling, etc. and replace with new. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. SIC code is 1751. Period of performance is twenty (20) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are required to verify the number of amendments prior to bid opening with the Contracting Officer. The due date for receipt of bids is on or about September 21, 2000 at 2:00 pm.
