Description

SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL. Installation of a new condensate return pipe from bldg 1521 to bldg 1523, including a new Watchman Duplex 14 gallon condensate receiver pump in building 1521 mechanical room. Condensate return piping shall be buried below frost line made of carrier pipe, insulation and outer conduit with welded connections and closure couplings. Hydronic test and air pressure test will be performed on outer conduit prior to installation of conduit wrapping and backfilling. Backfill will be sand with top soil as final earth cap. Old line to be abandon in place. New line should be installed at the easiest point leaving 1521 and entering 1523, disregarding existing condensate piping path.
