Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, material, testing equipment, supervision, transportation and other necessary incidental. Provide a concrete foundation, site grading, water, sewer, electrical utility service lines, one handicap accessible ramp, stair with handrails in accordance with specifications/drawings at Crownpoint,(McKinley County), NM. The project range is $25,000-100,000. Acquisition is set-aside for firms who are eligible under the (Buy Indian Act)who are 51% owned/operated businesses. Project site visits may be arranged with Mr. Melvin Testhlikai at (505) 863-8428. A prebid conference may be scheduled on a short notice. Evaluation include past performance of similar work for the past two years. Section 7(b) apply in preference opportunity in subcontracting, employment and training.
