- Non-Appropriated Funds Instrumentality (NAFI) -- Wiesbaden Contracting Center (WCC) intends to competitively award a firm fixed price supply type contract for the purchase of one (1) Passenger Bus, used, 6 cylinder, 250-300 KW diesel and credit for trade-in of buses, including technical literature in accordance with the work specification.
