Description

Extend original CBD notice closing date from 090700 to 091500. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) on Corrugated Culvert. It is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Sub part 12.7, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation incorporated by reference the following Federal Acquisition clause: 52.212-1 "Instructions to Offers Commercial Items:; SIC code # 3444 small business size standard is 500 employees. Please submit offers on a SF-1449, or letterhead stationary. Culvert pipe sizes 450mm to 900 mm maybe offered as steel, aluminum or polyethylene. No polyethylene will be considered for pipes 1500mm to 2400mm. Pipes 1500mm to 2400mm shall be 1.63 mm thick steel or 1.52 thick aluminum. Order 1 -- Thorne Bay Ranger Dist. 1312 Federal Way, Thorne Bay AK 99909-0001 Steel or aluminum pipe only 49 meters of 1500mm corrugated metal pipe; 49 meters of 1800 mm corrugated metal pipe; 49 meters of 2100 mm corrugated metal pipe and 49 meters of 2400 mm corrugated metal pipe.
