- Description
- The U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam intends to acquire on a sole source basis with Alcon Laboratories, Hawaii for a Photocoagulation Laser, Alcon Eyelite Model 532 with HAAG S/L ADAP and accessories. This proposed contract action is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12.6 and will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Contract award to follow immediately after 15 days of this notice. This acquisition is unrestriced. CBD Numbered Note 22 applies.
