Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources to purchase a Viper Digital frame grabber, OC-VIP0-DIG00, (quantity 2 ea), Camera interface cable for SMD 6M3P, 10 meter length 0C-000C-cable, (quantity 1 ea), Camera interface cable for ES1.0/MV 10 foot length, (quantity 1 ea), Wit 7.0 combo package with development software and pro-toolkit, OC-WITS-Combo, (quantity 2 ea), Run time license for Wit software package, (quantity 2 ea), Fast align package OC-FSTS-ALGNO, (quantity 2 ea), Fast OCR package OC-FSTS-OCROO, (quantity 2 ea). This acquisition is set-aside for small business under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 5043, with a small business size standard of 100 employees. All responsible small business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotation may be submitted on a SF18 or on a company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contract, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status. Quotation may be fax to (202) 874-3135, quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of the notices and a purchase order will be awarded soon after receipt of quotes. No phone request will be accepted.
