Description

The U.S. Customs Service intends to issue a purchase order (using Simplified Acquisition Procedures) to Pen-Link, LTD of Lincoln, NE for a "Lincoln" System, quantity (1) each. This order is for proprietary equipment of Pen-Link, LTD. No solicitation is available. This proposed purchase order is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, an proposals received within three business days after Posted Date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
