Description

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Reuters News, 1700 Broadway, 18th floor, New York, NY 10019 for the renewal of its annual news wire services subscription. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within fifteen (15) days. See Note 22. Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
